As the offering is integrated with the bank’s core banking system, hPLUS, it is operational and available to clients 24 hours a day. To ensure data integrity, HBZcms incorporates a wide range of security solutions. For instance, it uses 128-bit SSL (secure socket layer) technology, proprietary firewalls and user name/password protection. Habib Bank has also built a challenge-response-authentication-mechanism into HBZcms, which uses a dynamically generated four-digit challenge to enhance security yet further. “HBZ is offering yet another unique service for its clients combining the highest level of security and manageability,” comments Reza Habib, joint president of Habib Bank AG Zurich. |
