The Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) is an open global specification that empowers mobile users with wireless devices to easily access and interact with information and services instantly. WAP includes a specification called WTLS that implements options for authentication and encryption enabling us to offer you secure banking on your mobile phone.

HBZwap,   our WAP Banking service,   will allow you to safely carryout transactions and receive   account(s) information over a WAP enabled device such as mobile phones or PDAs.

Habib Bank AG Zurich was the first bank to introduce WAP Banking in the Middle East. This service through your mobile phone will allow you to make a number of transactions such as:

  • Ordering Cheque Book
  • Fund Transfer
  • Time Deposit Details
  • View Account Statement
