Installation guide

1. Download or update the latest version of HBZ App & launch/open.
2. If not an existing HBZ App or unregistered user;
1. Enter HBZweb Username, Password & Challenge Code (captcha) and press "Login" button.
2. Enter OTP received on your registered mobile number to register device for login.
3. Press “≡” button on the top-left corner to activate “Other” menu, appearing on the left.
4. Press “HBZ Authenticator” option.
5. Enter HBZweb Username & press "Generate Code".
6. Press “OK” button to register the user for HBZ Authenticator.
7. Enter HBZweb Username, Password & Challenge Code (Captcha) and press "Login" button.
8. Finally enter OTP Code received on your registered mobile number.

Login Process

1. Open the HBZ App.
2. Press “≡” button on the top-left corner to activate “Other” menu, appearing on the left.
3. Press “HBZ Authenticator” option.
4. Enter HBZweb Username and press “Generate Code”. (Use this 6-digit code while logging)
5. Visit HBZweb login page (href="https://digital.habibbank.com/ae/") from your computer.
6. Enter Username, Password, Challenge Code (Captcha) & Authenticator code (generated in step 4 via HBZ App).
7. Finally, press “Login” button to access to your account.
